While we were in Pheonix for the winter we decided to upgrade our RV. We did some research online and found the brand we wanted.

Local dealer (LaMesa RV) had one unit of the model we wanted but it was sold. They showed us the unit and it was exactly what we wanted. We went back and looked for the same brand and model online and found one in Billings at Bretz RV. We called them and decided we would purchase from them.

After sending them a $2000.00 deposit we left Arizona early and drove to Billings. Arrived to find the unit was an early year model of the one that we had looked at in Pheonix and was short some of the features we had expected. Still a good buy and a nice 5th wheel we went ahead and purchased it. Beware!

The guy they said was there to do the walk through was actually there to sell you every possible extra he could. I believe he misrepresented the truth a bit and we added a few items that were unnecessary. That's okay we agreed and it was done. The service department was fairly accommodating on the installation of the extras.

Quality of workmanship was awful. End of story the minute we drove off there lot!!! End of all pretenses of service. End of all of the guarantee of customer satisfaction and customer service.

We needed a few routine issues taken care of as they had promised. Called the service guy we were told to contact and a left message. We received no call back. Sent email and received a reply that he was out for a few days, no problem.

Thinking he would get back to us was a mistake. I sent him another email and copied his boss. He finally called me to say he was passing my case on to someone else. Last contact with this company!

We called the manufacturer (Grand Design) and they arranged the warranty work with a local RV dealer so the end of the story is we were taken care of but not by these people at Bretz they were a zero star out of five stars. Grand Design gets a five.
