Worst Comany in the USA
Horrible horrible company. This company is so bad I do not even have words for it.
It is a place full of criminals lying thiefs who break any laws and say any lies they possibly can if they think it might result in a sale. First they harassed my mom and called her over 30 times in a day and pressured her into a sale she did not want. Then within 30min of getting it delivered hooked it up and realized they gave it to us with a broken toilet, fan, microwave and roof. They told us to screw off and after some calls said if we paid them to bring it back to there location they would fix it sometime in next few weeks while we stayed in a hotel we paid for and then pay them to bring it back.
Now trying to sell it and the potential buyer went to them to look at some Rv's before making the purchase and they lied to them and said we bought it from them at one fourth the price we paid and that they sold it to us with a rotten roof and floor and we should buy one from them. Complete pieces of shit!!!!!!
Honesty & Integrity?
Worst service organization I have ever encountered.

Warranty work
Made appointment for RV repairs, Murphy bed footboard fell off, rear boot for outdoor kitchen pops open while traveling on road, handicap rail bottom screws are loose, clearance light cover came off while traveling (front fiberglass cover flex while traveling).
On the appointment date 06/20/2018, I took the rv to Breztz RV (touring america RV). I talked with a young man, reviewed the repair work that need to be done, and went out to remove my truck from the camper.
While there the young man came out and told me that the repairs were reteen maintenance, and that, I would need to sign a work order.
My instruction to the young man were simple, I told him to contact his boss and tell him I would sue for breach of contract if the camper was not fixed.
Most rv's are made with the cheapest materials available, they are made to look like real wood, but are in fact made out of particle board
With a very thin veneer covering.
About 02:00PM above date, Mr. Brett called via phone, said we needed to talk I hung up the phone
Used car sales tactics and major broken promises
2006 motorhome purchase
was miss lead by sales person into believing that a check would be made on all hydraulic components an after unit was taken to shop an checked was told slides were in fact working an that the problem was a low voltage. was told that hydraulic levers would also be checked not so .
This was all agreed on by me an sales person verbally. so i agreed to sit down an work out a sales agreement.
sales person handed us a sold as is agreement for us to sigh an said he would honor our verbal agreement as well.
This unit is a salvage title with hail damage to roof that we were told was fixed by previous owner was told that buy sales person, unable to get this in writing.

My wife (Cari) and I (Duane) wanted to purchase a boat from Bretz RV in Missoula. After consulting with a salesman (Scotty), I sat down with (Mike) and signed paperwork stating that I wanted to buy this boat (2000 Parti Kraft Pontoon Boat) and we gave them $500 as a down payment.
The credit application was also completed and sent in. I was notified later the following week that the Bank was requiring an additional $600 down payment. My wife and I decided that we were not going to put down the additional $600. I notified Scotty that we no longer wanted to go forward with this.
The following text conversation took place between Duane and Scotty the morning of 7/14/17: Duane: This is Duane. I just wanted to let you know that something came up and we are not able to come up with the extra $600 that the bank wants. So I am cancelling the 2 pm appointment that we had. If things change in the next couple of weeks, we will get back to you.
Thanks for all your efforts; it's much appreciated. Scotty: Do you just not have it? Let me talk to my boss and see if he'll do $600 less. Then we can keep appointment.
We have everything ready. Duane: Thanks but at this time with the family issue that came up we are not able to do it right now.
We were notified later that day by Matt of Bretz RV that we had to buy the boat. When I stated that we no longer wanted to buy the boat, we were threatened with court proceeding.

Poor Customer Service
Bought a Fleetwood Bounder from Bretz. Not to sure where to start about the problems and poor customer service, but here goes: Third time on road, satellite receiver blew off roof and damaged roof so bad it had to be replaced.
Dustin Bretz claimed it was the factories fault and would not help, so my insurance covered the cost. When in the shop, they dropped something from the roof--is my guess--and damaged the paint on the from of the motorhome. Dustin Bretz tried to tell us is didn't happen in their shop and it was caused by a power washer---kind of odd we never used a power washer on the vehicle. Dustin Bretz agree to give us a 500.00 compensation--his words not good---we never received anything.
When I took it in to winterize--got it back and the stairs didn't work. They claimed the motor was out. Replaced the motor. When I told the long haired customer service rep, I was going to talk to a lawyer, he immediately got angry and said he wouldn't talk to me and walked away---finally resolved part of an issue with one of the assistant managers.
Bottom line is Bretz's customer service is atrocious and Dustin Bretz word is no good. Go anywhere in Billings, but not there.
- Worse customer service ever experience
- Sloppy workmanship
Preferred solution: Full refund
Sales tactics need to change
We were serious about buying a newer or new RV. We stopped into Billings Brett's RV.
We were asked to sit down and answered several questions for the salesman. After 10 minutes, we were told to wait while he spoke with his sales manager. 15 minutes went by and we were about to get up and leave, he comes back and then takes us out to the lot. When we would ask about a specific rv on the lot, he would ignore and take us to another rv instead.
The sales tactics were unprofessional. We also felt that they were running credit checks on us and that was the reason for the wait. We have very excellent credit. We went to another RV dealer and purchased a brand new RV and we were very pleased.
We were not ignored.
In fact, the salesman where we purchased our new RV listened very closely to what our needs were. Brett's RV needs to place the customer first!
Don't buy from Bretz RV
Not honoring a replacement of the couch in our NEW RV
Purchased an Avalanche by Keystone from Bretz in Billings, Montana on May 25, 2017. While looking at the RV we saw two cuts on the couch.
So before we signed the papers, we made sure that it was noted on the purchase agreement. Stated "Replace ripped cushion on sofa w/warranty". It is now August 31st. Dropped the Avalanche off at Bretz for them to do some other of the warranty work.
(Decal on the outside of the RV messed up) They said they could "FIX" the cushion. When I showed them the Agreement with the statement, they said they didn't know that was on there. And they hadn't been able to get a replacement for the "cushion". The cushion is attached to the sofa, as it makes into a three section sleeper.
Thus they would have to replace two of the sections, as they are hooked together. Couldn't do that. So still want to "FIX" the sofa. Said that since it was a 2017 they couldn't get a match for the sofa.
Checked the 2018 models and the seem to be the same size. Why not replace the whole sofa? So now they are going to fix the sofa and if we don't like it---they will decide what they can do then. Who believes that?
Not me! So we now own a NEW AVALANCHE/2017 with two cuts on the sofa which we had nothing to do with. Oh yes, I have written letters to both sales managers. Got no answer from them.
Service department called DAYS later to say the new decal was in. Paid for many extras, one of which was a exterior paint sealant, and another for the interior sealant for the vinyl/leather and the carpet in the bedroom. Buyer beware!
We aren't happy with the whole Bretz team. Once they sold it (cash), they don't seem to care to keep up their end of the agreement.
Preferred solution: Replace the sofa.
Resolved
The complaint I filled on Bretz RV, Billings Montana has been resolved. Thanks to Dustin Bretz.
We should get the one tire replaced shortly. Thanks, again. The sofa was repaired to our satisfaction. Four months later we are ready to head south for the winter.
Sure glad we bought the Avalanche in April. I'm sure if we had waited, we would still be here in December, waiting on parts and repairs. Our last new RV didn't have any problems after we bought it. Had it two years.
We hope to have this one for many years. Bretz is a high volume dealer. And they have so many people working there, I think the communication isn't what it should be.
Still should of at least gotten a call from one of the sales managers after I wrote both of them a letter. No excuse for no followup there.
